Refund policy

1. Copyright ownership

It is forbidden to exhibit, publish, license, reproduce or create derivative versions the work of art.

2. Permitted usage

Collectors are not allowed to exhibit the works outside their private sphere without advance written permission.

The same written permission is applied to the displaying of low resolution images of the work online or publishing of high resolution photos of the work in print.

3. Resale

In the occurrence of a resale, resale royalties must be payed to the artist under “droit de suite’ law.

4. Delivery

After the consumer has placed the order and paid the artwork, the seller commits to deliver the artwork within 30 days.

5. European Union 14 day cooling off period ( Right of Withdrawal)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
